Modeling Method for Overall Design of Infrared Thermal Imaging Products Based on MBSE

  • In addressing the challenges posed by the intricate system requirements of infrared thermal imaging products, which are challenging to trace and verify, this study proposes a novel system design method. This approach is founded on Model-Based System Engineering (MBSE), with the objective of enhancing the coherence of infrared thermal imaging products in the context of system design, model-driven development, and responsiveness to requirements. The research process begins with an examination of the current status of MBSE and its technical application effectiveness. On this basis, a digital development mode of MBSE for thermal imaging products is proposed. Subsequent analysis explores the intricacies of system model design, system architecture construction, and logical validation processes within this framework. Additionally, comprehensive validation of the proposed system design method is conducted through quantitative temperature measurement on the inner surface of a building enclosure, presented as a practical demand-driven use case. The paper then concludes with a comprehensive verification of the effectiveness of the system design method.
