Intrinsically Safe Infrared Thermometer for Belt Conveyors

  • 摘要: 为了解决煤矿井下带式输送机测温仪存在准确性和可靠性差等问题,本文提出了一种带式输送机本质安全型红外测温仪设计方案,采用MLX90614红外传感器和STM32F103C8T6处理器设计了其硬件;在Keil 5.14开发平台上,采用C语言设计了其软件。并进行了实验,结果表明该红外测温仪测温范围-20℃~380℃,分辨率高,测温准确,温度测量精度为±0.5℃,可实现非接触测量,且不易损坏、可靠性高,可广泛应用于煤炭、矿山、港口、电力、冶金、化工等领域。

     

    Abstract: In order to solve the problems of accuracy and poor reliability of the belt conveyor temperature detector in coal mines, this paper proposes a design scheme for the intrinsically safe infrared thermometer of the belt conveyor. The hardware is designed using MLX90614 infrared sensor and STM32F103C8T6 processor; on Keil 5.14 development platform, the software is designed in C language. And conducted experiments, the results show that the infrared thermometer has a temperature range of (20℃-380℃, high resolution, accurate temperature measurement, temperature measurement accuracy of ±0.5℃, non-contact measurement, not easy to damage, high reliability, can be widely used in coal, mines, ports, electric power, metallurgy, chemical industry and other fields.
