斯特林制冷机控制器研究进展

Research Progress of Stirling Cryocooler Controller

  • 摘要: 控制器作为斯特林制冷机系统中的关键组件,其性能将直接影响整个制冷机系统的性能。本文对斯特林制冷机控制器中的关键设计技术的发展历程进行了回顾,总结了斯特林制冷机控制器设计中的技术问题与要点,概述了国外主要研究机构近十年来斯特林制冷机控制器的研制进展。随着高工作温度(high operation temperature)红外探测器件(HOT器件)技术的不断发展,总结了当前HOT器件用制冷机控制器(HOT控制器)的发展现状,并指出了进一步的发展方向。

     

    Abstract: As a key component in the Stirling cryocooler system, the performance of the controller directly affects that of the entire cryocooler system. In this study, we review the development of key design technologies in the Stirling cryocooler controller. We also summarize the technical issues and key points involved in the design of the controller and outline the progress made in its development by major foreign research institutions in the past decade. With the continuous development of high operating temperature (HOT) infrared detector devices (HOT devices), the current development status of HOT cryocooler controller for HOT devices is summarized, and further development directions are pointed out.
