海洋防腐涂层红外热成像损伤检测研究进展

Advances in Infrared Thermography Damage Detection for Marine Anti-Corrosion Coatings

  • 摘要: 红外热成像检测技术因具有非接触、效率高、成本低等优点而广泛应用于材料表层和次表层缺陷检测。本文总结了海洋装备防腐涂层的主要失效形式,综述了红外热成像检测技术在防腐涂层表面裂纹、界面缺陷的定性识别和定量表征中的研究现状和应用进展,指出微小裂纹检测、高分辨红外图像获取是当前红外热成像用于防腐涂层损伤检测的主要难点问题。展望了海洋装备防腐涂层红外热成像检测技术的发展方向,认为多模态化、智能化、稳定化和远程监控自动化是其主要发展趋势。

     

    Abstract: Infrared thermography is widely used to detect material surface and sub-surface defects owing to its non-contact nature, high efficiency, and low cost. This study first summarizes the main failure modes of anti-corrosion coatings for marine equipment. The research status and application of infrared thermography in the qualitative identification and quantitative characterization of surface cracks and interfacial defects in marine anti-corrosion coatings are then discussed. The main difficulties in current applications are the detection of small cracks and the acquisition of high-resolution infrared images. The future development directions are also proposed, including multi-modalization, intelligence, stabilization, and remote monitoring automation.
