Infrared Image Acquisition and Transmission System By Ethernet Based on ZYNQ

  • 摘要: 基于ZYNQ硬件平台对红外图像的实时采集和以太网传输进行了研究。红外图像数据由探测器获取后,经过红外成像电路将数据转换为CameraLink视频数据。CameraLink视频数据先经过转接板进行串并转换,再由搭载了ZYNQ-7000系列芯片的AX7015开发平台的Programmable Logic(PL)和Processing System(PS)端,分别进行CameraLink红外视频的采集和User Datagram Protocol(UDP)网络传输,最后在Windows系统下的QT软件中通过C++语言设计上位机程序,来实现红外视频的上位机显示和保存。搭建好红外采集和传输系统,在上位机上可实现分辨率为1600×1200、像素位宽为24 bit以及帧频为16帧的图像采集和传输。基于ZYNQ的以太网红外图像采集与传输系统,在红外CameraLink视频实时采集、远距离传输和红外图像的后续处理方面有着较好的探索和研究意义。

     

    Abstract: This study investigates the real-time acquisition and Ethernet transmission of infrared images based on the ZYNQ hardware platform. After being captured by the infrared detector, the infrared image data is converted into CameraLink video data through infrared imaging circuitry. The CameraLink video data then undergoes serial-to-parallel conversion via an adapter board, followed by acquisition and User Datagram Protocol (UDP) network transmission of the CameraLink infrared video through the Programmable Logic (PL) and Processing System (PS) components of the AX7015 development platform, which is equipped with a ZYNQ-7000 series chip. Finally, a host computer program, designed in C++ within the QT software environment on a Windows operating system, is used to display and store the infrared video. The established infrared image acquisition and transmission system allows for image acquisition and transmission at a resolution of 1600× 1200, with a pixel depth of 24 bits and a frame rate of 16 frames per second on the host computer. The ZYNQ-based Ethernet infrared image acquisition and transmission system holds significant potential for exploration and research in the real-time acquisition of infrared CameraLink video, long-distance transmission, and subsequent infrared image processing.
