靶场红外炸点测试设备作用距离分析及验证方法

Range Analysis and Verification of Infrared Explosion Point Test Equipment in Shooting Range

  • 摘要: 作用距离是靶场红外炸点设备性能的关键指标,提出了一种靶场红外炸点测试设备作用距离验证方法。首先通过对大气透过率、背景辐射能量、目标辐射能量分析环境及目标特性对成像的影响,其次从目标在成像靶面的成像尺寸,目标在靶面的照度以及成像信噪比等方面对设备作用距离指标进行分析,35 mm非曳光弹在3 km距离下,靶面成像尺寸大于3×2个像素,信噪比大于7,满足目标提取要求。通过仿真验证测试目标成像大小和信噪比对目标质心提取精度的影响,验证了当圆成像半径为2个像素和信噪比大于5时,目标定位精度均优于0.1个像素,当圆成像半径为3像素和信噪比大于3时,目标定位精度均优于0.1个像素。设计模拟试验验证靶场红外炸点测试设备作用距离满足“35 mm非曳光弹作用距离不小于3 km”的指标要求。

     

    Abstract: The operational range is a crucial metric for evaluating the performance of infrared burst-point testing equipment in firing ranges. To measure this metric accurately, we propose a method to validate the operational range of infrared burst-point testing equipment on firing ranges. First, the effects of the environment and target characteristics on imaging are analyzed using atmospheric transmittance, background radiation energy, and energy radiated by the target. Secondly, the operational range of the equipment is analyzed in terms of the apparent size and visual illuminance of the target on the target plane as well as the imaging signal-to-noise ratio. Through this analysis, we determined that a 35 mm tracerless shell yields an imaging size on the target plane greater than 3×2 pixels at a distance of 3 km, with a signal-to-noise ratio greater than 7, which satisfies the requirements for target extraction. Simulation experiments were conducted to verify the influence of the imaging size of the target and the signal-to-noise ratio on the accuracy of target centroid extraction. The results showed that when the circular imaging radius was 2 pixels and the signal-to-noise ratio was greater than 5, the target positioning accuracy was better than 0.1 pixels. When the circular imaging radius was 3 pixels and the signal-to-noise ratio was greater than 3, the target positioning accuracy was also better than 0.1 pixels. Finally, a simulation test was designed to verify that the operational range of the infrared burst-point testing equipment on the firing range meets the indicated requirement in terms of a range of no less than 3 km.
