阳极对叠层有机发光器件色坐标稳定性研究

The Influence of Anode on Chromaticity Coordinate Stability of Tandem Organic Light-Emitting Devices

  • 摘要: 叠层有机发光器件存在色坐标随电压和亮度变化的问题,严重影响显示和照明效果。本文主要研究阳极厚度变化对不同亮度下色坐标变化的影响,并通过麦克亚当椭圆进行表征。结果表明,适当增加阳极厚度有利于提高叠层有机发光器件的色坐标稳定性,实现了亮度由 1 cd/m2 到 1000 cd/m2,器件的色坐标仅变化了(0.052, 0.007),该研究为后续优化叠层器件色坐标稳定性提供了方向。

     

    Abstract: The tandem organic light-emitting devices have problem that chromaticity coordinate change with voltage and brightness, which seriously affects display and lighting effects. This paper mainly studies the influence of anode thickness variation on chromaticity coordinate variations under different brightness, and characterizes it using MacAdam ellipses. The results show that increasing the anode thickness is beneficial to improving stability of the chromaticity coordinate, and achieving a brightness range from 1 cd/m2 to 1000 cd/m2, with the chromaticity coordinate variations of (0.052, 0.007). This research provides a direction for further optimizing the tandem devices to improve chromaticity coordinate stability.
