硅酸盐基耐高温涂层的制备及发射率研究

Research on Preparation and Infrared Emissivity Property of Silicate Heat-resistant Coatings

  • 摘要: 以水溶性无机硅酸盐为基料,以不锈钢粉为填料,制备了硅酸盐基耐高温涂层,通过正交试验,优化了获得最低发射率涂层的制备工艺.对涂层的发射率和耐热性能进行了测试,采用IR和SEM表征了涂层的结构和微观形貌.结果表明:涂层的耐热温度达600℃主要因为高键能的Si-O键及Si-O-Si键的形成,600℃热老化前后涂层在3~5 (m波段的发射率分别为0.40和0.50,发射率的升高是因为热老化后涂层表面致密度的降低.
