圆形冷屏下长线列器件光敏元立体角的变化趋势及其成像仿真

Changing Trends of Pixel Solid Angles of Long Linear Device under Circular Cold Shield and Its Imaging Simulation

  • 摘要: 给出了圆形冷屏限制下长线列器件光敏元立体角的数学模型.以288×4器件为例,计算了光敏元立体角的变化趋势.将这些立体角的相对值投影到0~255的整数值范围,可以得到一张伪灰度图,该图可以从某种程度上反映理想情况下器件的成像效果.
