基于红外热成像的温度测量技术

Temperature Measurement Based on Infrared Thermal Imaging

  • 摘要: 以红外热成像为基础的温度测量技术由于具有非接触、测温范围广、反应速度快和灵敏度高等优势,在航天、国防、材料和能源等领域中有广泛的应用和发展。本文从红外测温技术基本原理出发,介绍了红外测温方法及辐射定标技术研究现状,列举了国内外几款典型的红外测温仪及其关键技术。最后,对以红外热成像为基础的温度测量技术进行了总结与发展趋势展望。

     

    Abstract: Temperature measurement technology based on infrared thermal imaging has been widely developed and applied in fields such as aerospace, national defense, materials, and energy owing to its non-contact process, wide temperature measurement range, rapid response speed, and high sensitivity. This paper begins with the basic principles of infrared temperature measurement technology, introduces the current status of research on infrared temperature measurement methods and radiation calibration technology, and lists several typical infrared temperature sensors and their key domestic and international technologies. Finally, a summary and outlook on the development trends of temperature measurement technologies based on infrared thermal imaging are presented.
