摘要:
:320×320中波凝视红外焦平面碲镉汞探测器是红外相机的关键部件。红外焦平面性能参数的测试评价是红外探测器发展中的关键技术之一。针对这一情况进行探测器特性评价,定量化获取其性能参数的精确值显得尤为重要,如探测器的暗电流、响应线性度和非均匀性等。详细叙述了各个性能参数测试的方法,通过处理标准实验条件下得到的实验数据算出探测器各个参数的精确值。
Abstract:
320×320 area array medium wave IRFPA detector is manufactured by our institute, the detector is the critical component of infrared camera. Testing and evaluation of IRFPA is one of the key techniques during the development of infrared detectors. So quantificationally catching the detector’s parameter value like dark-current, response linearity and response non-uniformity is crucial. In this article, the test methods and the compute process is described in detail.
