摘要:
本文介绍了用于像素阵列为640×512、像元尺寸为17 um×17 um的红外中波制冷探测器的四片式双视场光学系统设计,用相同的4片透镜实现性能最优的系统(像元尺寸小)。光学系统采用轴向移动一片透镜实现两视场的切换,F/#为3,宽视场(WFOV)为18.1°×14.5°,窄视场(NFOV)为1.84°×1.46°。系统应用二元光学技术,采用光学设计软件Code V优化设计,在空间频率30 lp/mm处,宽、窄视场的MTF均大于0.35;经高低温下成像分析及二次项成像分析,本光学系统完全满足要求。
Abstract:
This paper introduces the design of a four-plate dual-field optical system for an infrared mid-wave refrigeration detector with a pixel array of 640×512 and pixel size of 17 um ×17 um. This system uses four chips to achieve an optimal system performance (small pixel size) with a wide field of view (WFOV) of 18.18°×14.58° and a narrow field of view(NFOV) of 1.84°×1.46°. In addition, the optical system uses an axial moving lens to switch between two fields of view. Binary optical technology is also applied in the system, and the optical design software Code V is used to optimize the design. At a spatial frequency of 30 lp/mm, the modulation transfer function of both WFOV and NFOV is greater than 0.4. After imaging and secondary imaging analyses at high and low temperatures, the optical system was found to completely meet the relevant requirements.
