摘要:

针对TDI型红外探测在各个领域的重要作用,设计并实现了一个中波TDI红外扫描成像系统。该扫描成像系统采用国产512×8元线

列MCT(碲镉汞)焦平面列阵、自行研制的光学系统和一维角度扫描系统。当探测器在300 K黑体的照射下,积分时间为500us时,整个

成像系统的平均噪声等效温差(NETD)约为0.3 K。实验结果表明该系统能够满足设计要求。

Abstract:

According to the crucial functions of the TDI IRFPA(Time-Delayed-Integrationinfrared focal plane array), an

imaging system based on MWIR FPA is designed and implemented. It consists of a 512×8 TDI IRFPA, optical system and a

1-D equality angle scanner. The average NETD of the whole imaging system is about 0.3K, when the detector is radiated

by the 300 K blackbody and the integral time is set to 500us. The experimental result shows that a better IR picture

has been obtained by using this system.
