在当前复杂的战场情况下,军用光电系统需要在各种环境条件下工作,这就要求这些系统的外部光学元件(窗口和整流罩)具有能够在各种苛刻的环境条件下正常工作的能力。根据系统的应用,常用的窗口和整流罩材料有蓝宝石、ZnS、ZnSe、Ge、Si等。另外,还可选择如尖晶石、AlON和MgF2等其它材料。对上述材料的制备技术和应用情况进行了收集和整理,给出了其性能参数,并对其发展趋势进行了预测。

Abstract:
 

In the current complex battle field, military electro-optical systems are required to operate in any environmental conditions. These systems have external optical components (window or dome) which must remain operational even in extreme environmental conditions. Depending on the application of the system, there are a few choices of window and dome materials. Among the more common materials one can chose sapphire, ZnS, germanium and silicon. Other materials such as spinel, ALON, and MgF2 may also be considered. This paper collects the information about the manufacture technology and the application of above materials, introduces their characteristic parameters and predicts the developing tendency of these materials.
