用OptisWorks光机仿真软件,对Catherine-FC热像仪的内部杂散光进行仿真分析,计算了系统内部各主要部件的表面辐射能量,并针对该产品的设计特点,分析计算了4种情况下的内部杂散光大小和2种情况下的像面照度分布情况,也分析了5个表面发射率值对应的像面杂光通量,使我们进一步了解到,在FC热像仪中,异形冷屏和球面反射镜组合在抑制内部杂光方面起到不可替代的作用,为类似红外系统的设计,提供了一种新的途径和思路。
Abstract:
By applying stray light analysis software OptisWorks, we simulate the Catherine-FC infrared thermal imaging device for analysis of interior stray light. The heat radiation from the interior mechanical surfaces is calculated. According to characteristics of the product, flux values of interior stray light in four different conditions and irradiance distributing on the image plane in two different conditions are computed and analyzed, and then radiant flux on the image plane for five different values of surface emissivity are computed and analyzed as well. It enhances our realization that the conjugation of abnormally shaped cold shield and spherical reflective surface has indispensable effects on interior stray light suppression, and provide a new approach and idea for the design of similar infrared systems.
