摘要:
?论述了无热化设计的种类和光学被动式无热化设计的基本原理。使用光学被动式无热化设计方案,设计了一款工作波段为8~12 mm、焦距f=16.5 mm、F#=0.8、视场为36.5×27.8?的大孔径、大视场辅助驾驶无热化红外镜头。此镜头体积小、重量轻、结构简单,适用于辅助驾驶系统。此红外镜头在-40℃~60℃的工作温度范围内,无需调焦,能自动消除热差影响,始终保证成像清晰。经过寒区(低温)试验,满足无热化设计的需要。
Abstract:
?This paper discusses the types of athermal design and the basic principle of optical passive athermal design. By the optical passive athermal design program, a large-aperture, wide-field assisting pilot athermal infrared lens is designed with bandwidth of 8~12 mm, focal length f=16.5 mm, F#=0.8, and the field of view 36.5×27.8?. This type of lens is characterized by small volume, light weight and simple structure which is suitable for assisting pilot system. In addition, there is no necessity to focus the infrared lens under the operating temperature range of -40℃~60℃, because it can automatically eliminate the impact of thermal difference and always guarantee the clear image. Besides, it can meet the needs of athermal design through the cold region(low-temperature)test.
